1. About Sunfy24
Sunfy24, operated by Y7 Sky Digital LTDA (CNPJ 62.961.673/0001-92, São Paulo, Brazil), is a technology and payment processing platform that allows sellers ("Sellers") to offer their products and services and receive payments online. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Role of Sunfy24
Sunfy24 is not the seller of the products sold. We act as a payment intermediary between the buyer and the Seller. Responsibility for the product, delivery, support and quality lies exclusively with the Seller. Sunfy24 provides the checkout, processes the payment and helps mediate any disagreements.
3. Registration and account (Sellers)
- The Seller must provide true, complete and up-to-date information;
- The Seller is responsible for the security of their credentials and for all activity in their account;
- The Seller may only sell lawful products and services, in compliance with applicable law.
4. Permitted use
It is forbidden to use the platform for: illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, sale of prohibited products, infringement of third-party rights or any use that compromises the security of the service. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or the rules of our payment partners.
5. Payments and payouts
Payments are processed through partners (e.g. dLocal, Stripe, Mercado Pago). Fees, settlement periods and payout rules are communicated to the Seller. Sunfy24 may withhold amounts in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks or instructions from partners/authorities.
6. Intellectual property
The Sunfy24 brand, software and visual elements belong to Y7 Sky Digital LTDA. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited. Product content belongs to the respective Sellers.
7. Limitation of liability
Sunfy24 is not responsible for the Sellers' products, deliveries, content or promises. Our responsibility is limited to the correct processing of the payment and to the mediation described in these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo, Brazil, are chosen to settle any disputes.
